Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 16, 2026

Welcome to the website of Lanstar USA Corp. By accessing our website, submitting information through our forms, or booking our emergency mitigation and restoration services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our site or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using this website and our services.

2. Scope of Services

Lanstar USA Corp provides 24/7 professional property damage mitigation, water damage restoration, structural drying, certified mold remediation, sewage backup cleanup, and related reconstruction services. Service deployment, response times, and exact equipment counts depend on local crew availability, safety factors, and the visual scope of damage confirmed on-site by our IICRC-certified technicians.

3. Client Obligations and Site Access

To perform restoration or cleanup successfully, the client must:

  • Provide our technicians with immediate, safe, and unobstructed access to the property and affected structural areas.
  • Provide functioning utility connections on-site (specifically running water and electricity) necessary to operate specialized commercial structural drying or extraction equipment, unless industrial generators are explicitly scheduled.
  • Ensure any minors, pets, or hazardous personal belongings are safely kept away from active restoration zones on the property.

4. Payment, Billing, and Insurance Coordination

We work directly with major homeowners insurance providers to expedite claims and billing.

  • Insurance Claims: Clients remain responsible for filing claims, providing claim numbers, and securing coverage authorization. In the event an insurance company denies a claim, rejects coverage, or pays partially, the property owner/client remains legally responsible for outstanding restoration costs.
  • Deductibles and Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Any applicable policy deductibles or non-covered upgrades must be paid directly to Lanstar USA Corp upon project phase completion or as agreed in your written contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Property damage mitigation involves invasive measures (such as removing saturated drywall, peeling floorboards, or drilling weep holes) to prevent mold growth and dry framing structures. While we follow strict IICRC standards, Lanstar USA Corp is not liable for pre-existing mold, structural defects, hidden electrical/plumbing issues, or damage resulting from the delay of the property owner in contacting certified help after a backup or flood occurred.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms, website usage, or services must be initiated exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Orlando, FL.

7. Changes to Terms

Lanstar USA Corp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
